Rich Ward fitted a very effective stir Lift over three stories in our home in a very friendly and efficient way. We highly recommend his services, particularly in the light that he was the only company contacted who was prepared to to fit just ONE lift to service all three floors and saved us expense and freed up more space. From the very first phone call to the stairlift being fitted, Richard was super professional, very helpful and more importantly amazingly considerate and patient with my 80 year old mother. He went over and above the call of duty in regards to attentiveness, kindness and empathy. The stairlift arrived promptly and Richard kept us informed every step of the way. I cant recommend him highly enough. If google would allow i would give Richard and his company 10 out of 5 Stars.

We needed to get a stairlift at quite short notice for my father who was being discharged from hospital and we found Richard through a Google search. He arranged a home visit for a quote within a couple of days and was professional, friendly, courteous and considerate. When we decided to go ahead with the installation he was able to do things really quickly. The installation was very straight forwards and the stair lift is working really well.

He took a lot of time to go through the different options and had so much patience in explaining how the lift worked. Overall he was a pleasure to deal with and we are really happy with the service he provided.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone who needs a stairlift. Thank You Richard!

We approached Richard after a recommendation from friends that we knew we could rely on. It turned out to be a great move and in turn we happily pass on the recommendation.
Rihard's service and attention to detail could not be faulted. He cheerfully spent hours fitting a stairlift to an awkward flight of stairs complete with a bend in it after the first two steps. After thoroughly testing it he then suggested a modification for our benefit and then spent a further hour sorting this out.
He could not have been more helpful and professional and we are delighted with the result.

Richard provided quality service and care for my Dad who had issues with their stairlift, highly recommend their company, they offer a very personalised and first class service.

I cannot recommend Richard more highly. He fitted a chair lift last year. Our experience has been trouble free. We have just had an annual service. Richard is efficient, very polite and always at the end of the phone if needed but we haven't needed to call him. Have no concerns using UpWARDS Lifts.
